01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the halved radishes and toss until evenly coated with the butter mixture.
04 - Spread the radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
05 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the radishes are golden and tender.
06 - Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
