# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The white tea adds this delicate floral note that makes it feel fancy without any actual effort
  • It strikes this perfect balance between tangy lemon and sweet guava that nobody can quite put their finger on
02 -
  • Adding the simple syrup before the tea gives you a better sense of the final sweetness balance
  • Letting it chill for that full 30 minutes lets all the flavors actually become friends instead of just roommates
03 -
  • Use a pitcher with a tight lid if you are planning to shake it instead of stir which actually mixes the flavors faster
  • The longer it sits in the fridge the more the white tea flavor develops so it actually tastes better the next day
