# What You Need:

# How-To Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Stir in chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Remove from heat.
04 - Heat mini tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until warm and pliable, about 15-20 seconds per side.
